The saying goes you can't control others behaviour, but you can control how you react to it. With this crazy time we are living through the illusion of control is very present.
There are still some elements of your life that you have complete control and one of those is when you get your razors. We wanted your experience to revolve around you not be dictated by us.
You can log in and change just about everything to do with your subscription and information. All you need to do is click on the little person in the top left of the screen.
If you are about to go on a trip and want some blades to see you through you the trip you can bring up your subscription date, or if you want to just relax on the holiday and don't want to shave you can push the subscription date back till you come back.
If you have found that our razors last longer than your old razors and don't need them as regularly you can change your refresh cycle. If you normally got them sent to you every 4 weeks you can change it to 5 weeks or 6 weeks.
If you change address or need update your credit card you can do that in there too. Having worked in the film industry, people might get sent off to another part of the country, if this is like you, don't worry, your razors can find you.
if you want to grow a beard, or your leg hair, or whatever you choose to shave 😜😜, we don't mind how often you shave, we just want to make shaving as easy as possible because you have the control.
